Are you nationally accepted?
Yes, our courses follow the latest AHA guidelines and are Nationally Accepted.
Is my certification accepted by my employer?
Our curriculum follows the latest guidelines for most employers. If your certification is not accepted, we will gladly refund your money.
How long do the classes take to complete?
Generally the courses take less than one hour.
How long do I have access to the course?
After completing payment you have 2 years to pass the quiz. However, we can extend the time if needed.
How many times can I take the final exam?
You can re-take the quiz as many times as needed.
How can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied for any reason you can get a refund within 14 days, as long as you don’t attempt to take the quiz. To get a refund just contact us via our “Contact” page OR you can send an email to: [email protected].
Why does more course status say incomplete?
In order to pass the course you need to “mark complete” located at the bottom of the learning lessons. You also need to pass the quiz.
Certificate
I purchased the diploma, where is it?
If you purchased the diploma. Multiple things need to happen to receive it:
- To receive your diploma, first complete any free course. This includes passing the quiz and clicking “Mark Complete” on each course syllabus page.
- Once you’ve finished a course and purchased a diploma, a new paid course will appear in your My Student Portal.
- You don’t need to retake the course — it will already be marked as complete.
- After a minute or two, a little diploma icon will appear next to the course name. Click that.
- After clinking the icon, a PDF of the diploma will appear. You can download the diploma.
How long is the diploma / certificate good for?
Our diplomas are valid for 2 years from the date issued.
What information is on the diploma?
On the diploma the course name, course description, your name, the date issued and expiration time, your unique certification number, and other design elements like our name and logo.
Do I need to purchase the diploma before taking the course?
No. There’s no required order. You can purchase the diploma first or complete a free course first — whichever you prefer.
